Omar our Hatha yoga teacher is 200 hours certified teacher from Arhanta yoga ashram in India His philosophy is teaching the unlimited ability of the body, mind and soul of every student through traditional yoga, strengthening flow and power yoga.

Our Yin Yoga teacher is 50 hr certified teacher from JadeWood yoga. And her philosophy is to help you reach your potential through enjoying being active while still.
